Somatic Grief & Women's Healing Circle at Om House

This event is a standalone women's circle, with the opportunity to join a follow-up twelve-week intensive grief and loss program beginning this summer. The circle will introduce concepts that will be deepened in the twelve-week program and will offer participants the opportunity to experience the transformative nature of being held and validated in a group space.
The goal of this work is to develop a deeper understanding of your grief process and gain skills to assist you in processing your loss in a healthy way. When grief is witnessed by a community, it is held as sacred—and deep healing and growth can begin.
Itinerary:

6–7 PM – Potluck (Bring a dish to share, and please label ingredients for allergies)
7–9 PM – Ritual and communal healing

Vesper Andes (they/them) is a Board-Certified Clinical Chaplain, Sound Healer, Death Midwife, Ritual Facilitator, and Priestess. Their passions in spiritual care include mental and behavioral health, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care, end-of-life and grief work, sound healing, and creating interpersonal spiritual containers for deep healing and building relationships with land, community, and ancestors. They have worked in hospital chaplaincy, substance use programs, life and trauma coaching, community leadership and building, and also served eight years in the Air Force.
