Show Up for Small Business

Join the Office of Small Business for our ongoing series, Show Up for Small Business, an ongoing collaboration with Better Portland, PIE, Latino Founders, Portland Metro Chamber and Built Oregon.

The idea is simple: We pick the spot. You support the businesses.

Every month, we’ll choose a different neighborhood or business district. Then, it's up to you to show up and do your part by shopping, grabbing a beverage, or dining at the small businesses in that area. No agenda. No speeches. Just all of us celebrating the amazing small businesses that make Portland unique.

This month we will head to the Brooklyn Carreta cart pod in SE Portland. Brooklyn Carreta features a lineup of exceptional food carts, offering everything from sushi burritos to hot chicken sandwiches, and their bar offers a rotating selection of handcrafted cocktails, local craft beers, and non-alcoholic options.

Food cart optons include Bollywood Dhaba, Nour Thai, Rollin' Fresh, Havana Station, Milwaukie Cafe, Sealand Fish & Chips, Shawarma House,Namo Buddha, Hello Philly, Tierra del Sol, Your Side Chicks, Worldwide Delights, Mexikhana, Mac-a-Deli, Ginza Japanese Cuisine, Mr Potato, Golden Waffle, and Korean Tiger.
