Learn from a pro how to make shop quality Ice Cream flavors in your own home!

- Learn to expertly infuse ice cream flavors using standard household appliances, plus DIY tips and tricks
- Go home w/ tried and true base recipes, add-ins, and insights for developing your own flavors!
- Learn the science behind ice cream components
- Learn about various Base types; Philidelphia, Custard, Sorbets, Dairy Alternatives
- Go home with a Pint of top shelf cream and a grab bag including recipes and plant-based stabilizer to use in your own creations!
- As a group we will be making our own base, going over candying and caramel making, as well as churning up our own creations.
- All participants will be able to take home a pint of previously churned Ice Cream, choosing from a variety of flavors.
