Gong Journeywork with Rev.Todd Glacy

Are you ready to go "Deep" and empower the connection with your own inner "Guru"?

Gong Journeywork is a specialized “Wisdoming” process that draws from the core “trance” elements of Dreamwork, Yoga Nidra, Hypnotherapy and Shamanic Journeywork. It brings participants to a state of awareness beyond the conscious mind where their own inner guidance or “Higher Self” is more easily accessible. Once this “Altered State” is reached, all manner of vision, insight, intuition and knowing become available to guide us towards true happiness, health and wholeness. This process also incorporates the added benefit of “group wisdom” gleaned through the facilitated sharing of individual journey experiences to gain even broader universal meaning, connection and insights.

The Gong Journeywork process includes:

• Guided meditation to help identifying your Authentic Heartfelt Question
• Deep relaxation and creative visualization to bring you to the "Deep State" threshold

• Extended Gong Journey Experience
• Journaling/recording the details of your experience
• Group processing of visions/information

Participants are encouraged to bring blankets/pillows/yoga mats, etc… to lie comfortably on along with a journal or notebook.
