About the event

Forge Outdoor Park Classes 2025 Season

It's like getting ALL your friends together almost every weekend!

We have some outdoor fun planned for you and the whole community. Bring your yoga mat & friends, we've got the rest!

We will teach you how to move and have fun. No experience necessary. All Ages.

Classes are free! Although, donations are welcomed. 100% of donations go to INTENSIONS FOR GOOD, a local non-profit created to support people experiencing houselessness here in Portland & eventually worldwide.

There's a free picnic afterwards!

Class will be co-taught by two of our awesome instructors. Featuring yoga, HIIT, meditation & more.
