Craft Mixology Class- Wake & Shake: Brunch Cocktails

WHAT TO EXPECT:

• Learn to build, mix, stir and shake 4 craft cocktails- new inspirations and classics alike. All cocktails are made with Accompani, our line of liqueurs, amaro, and vermouth.
• Gain a solid foundation of many bar tools and techniques involved in mixology. Learn when to shake and when to stir (thanks, James Bond!)
• Hear a little cocktail history on each libation and it's connection to brunch
• Learn the proper glassware and techniques to garnish your lovely libation
• Cocktail list teaser for the class: there will be one sparkling cocktail, one classic cocktail, one craft tropical cocktail and one specialty coffee cocktail
