All Levels Hatha Yoga

Take a midweek pause to ground, breathe, and move with intention among the trees. This all levels Hatha yoga class invites you to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the beauty of the natural world. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and strength building postures, you will cultivate inner calm and balance no matter where you are starting from.

Variations are offered throughout the practice to support and challenge you at your own pace. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, you are welcome here.

Come as you are and move in community, surrounded by fresh air, birdsong, and towering trees. Reconnect with your true inner nature in the heart of Hoyt Arboretum.

About the Instructor: Kate Sumanoharan is a dedicated yoga instructor based in Northwest Portland, with a practice rooted in the principles of Hatha yoga. She believes in the healing power of yoga in outdoor spaces and is passionate about creating welcoming, inclusive environments where people can breathe deeply, move intentionally, and experience the joy of community in motion.
