Join us for an evening of relaxation through sound healing with Kiesa from House Nine wellness & tea. This immersive sound bath offers a unique opportunity to de-stress and reset outdoors in nature’s sanctuary. You’ll be bathed in a symphony of therapeutic sounds – designed to quiet the mind and promote deep relaxation. Perfect for those seeking tranquility and a gentle escape in nature this summer. Please bring a yoga mat and anything to keep you comfortable on the grass, i.e. blanket, pillows…

About the instructor: Kiesa is a passionate Integrative Therapist committed to working with people on their journey to restore balance in their bodies. She listens to your needs while holding space for you during your treatment. In every session, she sets a tone of calmness, compassion, & mindfulness. She enjoys incorporating sound into her sessions to deepen your experience and release any trapped energy in the body, encouraging self-healing.
