Join REACH Community Development as we break ground on 73Foster, a new affordable housing community in Southeast Portland’s Mt. Scott-Arleta neighborhood. Located just one block from its sister site, 72Foster, and adjacent to the vibrant Portland Mercado, 73Foster will bring 64 new affordable apartment homes to the community, including 22 units of Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for individuals transitioning from homelessness.
This transit-oriented, mixed-use development is designed to support residents with a wide range of needs. REACH will provide on-site case management for PSH residents and resident services for all tenants. The project is made possible through a partnership with Oregon Housing and Community Services, which will provide operating subsidies.
