REACH Community Development is a nonprofit affordable housing developer and property manager founded in 1982 in response to community concerns about substandard housing in Southeast Portland. Today, REACH owns and manages more than 2,700 units of service-enriched affordable housing across the Portland metropolitan region, including Southwest Washington. Our mission is to provide quality affordable housing and support services that foster stability, economic security, and well-being. In addition to housing development and management, we offer resident services that promote long-term success and a free home repair program for low-income homeowners in Portland.
