10 Anniversary Save The Giants Jam!

Come celebrate under the giant sequoia trees which were saved from destruction by this community! Live Music! Cold drinks! Cool park merchandise! It was 10 years ago that a handful of musicians gathered under a makeshift tent to play some music and raise awareness about these 3 beautiful trees which were slated to be cut down unnecessarily. This original Jam sparked a months long series of protests and actions which did indeed Save the Giants and helped create a wonderful park where we all enjoy them to this day. Come gather underneath their towering beauty and celebrate what can be done when a community cares "a whole awful lot."
