Somatic Movements is a trauma-informed, low impact exercise class that consists of very slow, micro movements throughout different parts of the body.

Utilizing movements such as constrict and release of muscle groups while also paying attention to how your body feels as you move, aiming to increase body awareness and release tension.

3 participants minimum to hold class at this location.
