Farm Tour: Springtime Activities at Full Circle Farm

Discover the story behind the food you buy at the Portage Farmers Market through an engaging Farm Tour series. Learn about eco-friendly practices and sustainable farming on this walking tour of Full Circle Farm in Three Rivers. Participants will feed farm animals, learn how to compost with worms, and tour the fields and greenhouses to see what happens on a farm in the springtime. Guests can also help the bees and other pollinators by planting flowers. Everyone goes home with a goodie bag of fresh produce.

The tour begins and ends at Portage Parks & Recreation, where participants will board a bus to the farm. Please wear closed-toed shoes and dress for the weather. This program is designed for participants ages 8 and up. Registration is required at mypark.portagemi.gov. Click the "Register Now!" button to begin.
