D1 Kalamazoo Performance Summit

We’ve rounded up some of the top experts in the community (including some of our very own Coaches) to put together brief (15 minute), but impactful, presentations on how a scholastic athlete in the Kalamazoo area can elevate their performance to a level that allows them to start considering taking their talents to a collegiate or professional level.



We’ll provide a range of talks (specific topics to come in future communications):

-Age appropriate performance training

-Nutrition for young athletes

-Avoiding and managing injury

-Mental performance

-In-season vs Out-of-season training

-Straight from the mouth: Division I coach and athlete reveal all


We encourage parents to attend with their athletes! We’ll have some D1 KZoo swag for the kids!


Don’t worry… we’re not just sitting around for a couple of hours. We’ll be mixing it up with some warmups, short workouts, and testing! Parents will be welcome to join, dependent on attendance and space, so everyone bring your workout gear!
