From bold tapas to a classic paella and the creamiest Basque cheesecake, this class is perfect for lovers of Mediterranean flair. Perfect for date nights, small groups, or anyone craving a taste of Spain!

On the menu tonight:

• Patatas Bravas - Crispy potatoes with spicy tomato sauce & aioli
• Pulpo a la Gallega – Tender octopus with paprika, olive oil, and sea salt
• Paella Valenciana – the original version with chicken, chorizo, green beans & saffron rice
• Classic Basque Cheesecake – rich, caramelized, and irresistibly creamy

$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
