Sourdough Scoring and Decorating - Chef Jennie- Cooking Class

HANDS ON CLASS. You will be scoring and baking loaves using pre-made dough, then decorating the finished loaves.

Join Jennie, expert baker, for a fun and cozy workshop where you’ll get to score and bake your own fall leaf loaf! PLUS, you'll get to snack on some delicious sourdough goodies, learn all the basics of sourdough, and take home your own starter to keep the baking adventure going.

We will serve during the class:

Individual appetizer plates with assortment of cheeses and products from the store.

Freshly baked sourdough and scones, accompanied by butter and/or:

• Salted Caramel Honey
• Summer Strawberry Jam
• Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

Please let us know ahead if you need a vegan option for your appetizer. Everything else is vegan friendly!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
