About the event

REMEMBER, a Guided Breathwork Ceremony

Everything you need to know is already within you.

Your soul knows exactly what to do—but your human forgets. When we fall out of alignment it’s because we’ve forgotten three things: who we are what we are and ultimately how we serve this world.

In this three-hour breathwork ceremony we will guide you back into alignment with those authentic truths. In that space everything else will be revealed.

We’ll use movement to tap you into sensation. Meditation to connect you with the energy that courses through you and breathwork to access your inner knowing. Simple effective and extremely powerful.
