Tired of making sourdough loaves? Chef Kelly will show you how to use your dough and the discard in creative ways.

Your Chef: Kelly-Dawn Keitel

In today’s class, Chef Kelly will demonstrate how to how to use your dough to make things other than sourdough loaves, and creative ways to use the discard from feeding your starter.

This class is suited for anyone, whether experienced in making sourdough or not! Everyone will go home with sourdough starter to keep the fun going at home! Bring a small container with a lid.

Sourdough Discard Crackers with Whipped Feta Dip - Use your discard to create everything bagel crackers, ideal for snacking on their own, or dipping into this delicious dip.

Sourdough Discard Pretzel Bites with Mustard-Mayo Dip - Transform your sourdough discard into bite-sized snacks suitable for a game-day celebration or family game night.

Sourdough Discard Dinner Rolls - Is your discard building up? Use it to give flavour to your dinner rolls with this quick and easy recipe; served with a hearty sausage, kale and butternut squash soup.

Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls - Use your cold-fermented dough to create these butter, cinnamon and sugar-filled rolls. Perfect for Sunday morning, or any time!



$129+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)


Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged for this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!
