Cancellation & Refund Disclaimer
All entry fees for River Quest 2025 are non-refundable unless the event is canceled due to weather or safety concerns.
In the case of a full cancellation due to weather:
• A partial refund of $25 will be issued per registered boat
• Refunds will be processed within 15 days of the event cancellation
• The event will still proceed with music, food, drink specials, and raffles on land, even if the on-water portion is canceled
