In this exclusive masterclass, Roger will guide you through the delicate art of balancing caramelized apples, buttery pastry, and precise technique to achieve the perfect Tarte Tatin. Roger’s culinary journey includes working alongside legends such as Marco Pierre White and Raymond Blanc, and his expertise in classic patisserie has cemented his place as a leader in the field.
