Mark the start of your gourmet weekend with our spectacular party under the stars hosted by the festival's Presenting Partner, Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort, Port Douglas. The festival launch provides a unique and exciting opportunity to meet all our festival talent while enjoying a delicious grazing and snacking menu created by Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort's Executive Chef Belinda Tuckwell and a three-hour drinks package of our Taste Port Douglas favourites. Live entertainment and flowing food and drinks, we invite you to be part of our official opening ceremony to launch the region's celebrated gourmet weekend.
