Get ready to laugh, stretch, and sweat—with goats! Join us for a one-of-a-kind outdoor fitness experience that’s part light exercise, part goat playtime, and 100% fun. Whether you're squatting, lunging, or simply trying to balance while a curious goat hops on your back, you're in for a memorable morning filled with movement and laughter.

Led by local fitness instructor Jane Kanaski, this beginner-friendly, all-ages class blends gentle movement with plenty of time to interact with our playful goats. Just bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle, and a good sense of humor!
