Design Your Own Fused Glass Pocket Vase – A Creative Workshop Experience

In this one-of-a-kind fused glass class, you’ll create a freestanding pocket vase—a sculptural, water-tight piece that’s as functional as it is beautiful. It’s the perfect size for a stem or two, and guaranteed to spark joy every time you walk by.
This isn’t your average vase.
You’ll start with a clear glass base and dive into our colorful buffet of glass bits—think jewel-toned shards, sparkling stringers, soft opaque hues, and dreamy translucent frits. You’ll design your piece your way: bold and modern, delicate and floral, abstract and expressive—anything goes.
We’ll place your design on a special heat-resistant paper that keeps the glass from fusing in certain areas. That paper becomes your secret tool—it forms the pocket when fired in the kiln. Once cooled, you’ll have a sleek, water-tight vase with a built-in cavity, no glue or seams needed.
