The Third Annual Gather & Graze dinner is a fine dining, culinary surf and turf experience set amongst the trees at The Cabin at Shannon Farms.
Guests will enjoy served appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a sit down, four-course, family-style meal prepared by Matt Dunk and his team, with your choice of flight pairing (selected wine, Antidote Distilling cocktails or mocktails, or Dog Mountain Brewing craft beer).
Our goal is to support local producers, foragers, fishermen, and small businesses by purchasing their products, and showcasing them in an upscale dinner experience. Guests will enjoy a unique atmosphere, meet new people, and learn about local agriculture and small businesses.
Please note that because this dinner will include a variety of ingredients from the Alberni Valley and Pacific Ocean, and is served family style, allergies or food intolerances won’t necessarily be able to be catered to.
