Breathing Spells for Big Feelings

This heart-centered event is specially designed for families and children, offering a playful introduction to breathwork as a magical tool. Big feelings - like worry, frustration, or sadness - can feel overwhelming, especially for little ones. In this class, we’ll explore how to turn those big emotions into small, manageable “spells” through the power of intentional breath.

Using imagination, movement, and mindfulness, we’ll teach a series of easy breathing techniques that kids can use anytime they need to feel calm, brave, or more in control. Whether you’re a parent, caregiver, or magical kid-at-heart, you’ll leave with simple tools to bring more peace and connection into your daily life - one enchanted breath at a time.
