After our discussion, we’ll shift into a guided meditation designed to ground and center your energy, followed by a group chant to harmonize and raise our collective vibration. We’ll close with a practice circle - an open, supportive space to experiment with intuitive connection and build confidence in your gifts. This is a low-pressure, community-centered offering for those curious about spirit communication or seeking a safe place to practice. No experience required - just an open heart and a willingness to explore.
