Calling all future paleontologists! Join us for an exciting hands-on adventure at the library’s Dinosaur Egg Excavation Program. This one-hour event invites grade school-aged children to step into the shoes of a paleontologist and use real excavation tools to dig up toy dinosaur eggs hidden in a mound of "dirt." Children will carefully excavate, brush off their finds, and "unearth" the dinosaurs hidden inside. Along the way, they’ll learn about the science of paleontology, the fascinating history of dinosaurs, and how paleontologists uncover ancient fossils. It’s an exciting mix of fun, exploration, and learning—perfect for young adventurers.
