Woodfired Sauna at Hamworthy Park, Poole Harbour

Come and welcome the summer solstice with an evening sauna session. Step inside our barrel sauna, switch off, soak up evening sunset views, and brave a plunge in the sea at high tide.

⏰ 18:30 - 19:30 & 19:45 - 20:45 (Timed around high tide – perfect for an evening sunset dip!)

What to Bring:
🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on, one to dry off)
🩴 Water shoes - the entrance to the water is slightly rocky
👙 Swimwear
🚰 Water bottle

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your session starts.

Communal Sessions: £15 per person/hour
Private one-hour sessions: £80 per person/hour (up to 8 people)
