Monthly Gong Bath at Healing Haven in Poole

Come and join Sarah at Healing Haven on the second Sunday of every month for a Gong Bath Gathering. The perfect way to ground and release.

Bathe in the sound of the gong. The sound will shift your brainwaves from Beta (waking state) to Theta/Delta levels, taking you into a healing and deeply meditative state using the vibrations of the instrument.

This will guide you to relieve stress and insomnia and boosts your mental capacities and energy levels. You will leave feeling revitalised and at peace with yourself. There is no experience needed. All you need to bring is yourself and maybe some cosy socks, blanket and pillow. Whatever else you need to lie comfortably for more than an hour. There will be no movement involved in the Gong Bath, it is a powerful meditation.

The Gong is a psychoacoustic gateway to heightened states of awareness and consciousness. It is an ideal tool for stress reduction, stimulation of the glandular system and to break up emotional blockages. When skilfully played, gongs stimulate and resonate all cells in the human body simultaneously and recalibrate the parasympathetic nervous system.

Please arrive no later than 2:50pm ready for 3pm start time.

Please note: This Gong Bath is not suitable for pregnancy, epilepsy, severe tinitus, pacemaker, schizophrenia, severe mental health, after the use of recreational drugs.
