I will need at least 8 of you please for 'fluffie' circuits to go ahead, otherwise will revert back to a hill session! thank you! (chips will happen either way! 😝)

Meeting at Poole Park cricket pitch! Parking in small car park/road Copse Close!

Hula hooping, waist and arms!
Badminton!

Ladder!

All welcome!! all for fun whilst doing a great workout!!

PLEASE bring water, mozzie spray and pennies for chip social afterwards if you want to stay! I'll bring tommie sauce!!! 😄
