Begin your Tuesdays with breath, movement, and mindful energy in this gentle Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow class. Rooted in the traditional Ashtanga method, this session offers a steady and supportive approach to yoga—combining structure with ease.

We’ll move through a flowing sequence of postures linked by breath, building strength, flexibility, and focus while creating a calm, grounded start to your day.
