Dreamers Mentoring Program

The Dreamers Mentoring Program is a transformative 12-week mentorship initiative that provides youth ages 4-18 with the tools, support, and guidance they need to overcome trauma and build resilience. Through mentoring, life skills workshops, and community engagement, we help young people navigate their challenges, discover their strengths, and set achievable goals for a brighter future.

Each session is designed to empower youth to express themselves, regulate emotions, and tap into their true potential in a safe, supportive environment. With a focus on emotional health, trauma recovery, and personal growth, Dreamers is more than just a program—it's a family of mentors and peers supporting each other every step of the way.
