Youth Advocacy Lavender Leadership (YALL)

Lavender Leadership is a transformative fellowship program empowering youth aged 12-18 with the skills for personal growth and community impact. Through networking opportunities, leadership workshops, and communication training, we foster the development of future leaders and activists. This paid fellowship is open to up to 12 students in grades 8-11, with priority given to Pomona residents. Funded by Measure J, Lavender Leadership is a three-year initiative featuring three cohorts of 12 students each, running annually from January to December, beginning in 2024. The fellows spearhead major youth events, including the YES Summit, graduation celebrations, prom, and other large-scale youth focused events.
