Summer Reading Kickoff Messtival!

We hope you’ll join us on the library lawn to kickoff this year’s Summer Reading Program on Saturday, June 28th from 10:30 - 12:30, at our first ever Messtival! It’ll be a whole morning full of creativity and messy fun! Be sure to wear old clothes or bring a smock!

We'll have a LIMITED SUPPLY of drawstring backpacks for children to tie dye during the event. Feel free to bring along a t-shirt or small cotton item of your own to if you prefer or if you are arriving late and are worried about supply.

This year’s Summer Reading theme is Color Our World and we’ll be including loads of art themed fun for everyone, all summer long. The program will run from June 29th - August 30th and will be open to ALL ages. As in year’s past, our Summer Reading Program will be completely self-paced. The more you read and the more library related activities you complete, the more prize opportunities you’ll earn!
