As the last Full Moon of the harvest season, it’s a moment to energetically let go of fear and heaviness, and prepare for transformation.

Through movement, breathwork, meditation and mantra, this two hour workshop helps you connect with your inner rhythms and cultivate clarity, peace and grounded presence. By the end, you’ll feel centered, focused and aligned — carrying the calm of the practice into your everyday life. Whether you’re looking to deepen your practice, release tension or simply enjoy the restorative energy of the Harvest Moon, this workshop offers a nurturing space to reconnect with yourself and the cycles of nature
