Sound Bath – A Deeply Restorative Experience
🌓 Date: Friday 26th September 2025
📍 Location: The Art of Wellness Blackbrook Barns
🕰 Time: 6:00pm-7:30pm
Join Laura from Sound Healing Hearts for a deeply immersive Sound Bath. A space to relax release and realign through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls drums chimes and other beautiful instruments.

This session is designed to calm the nervous system balance energy and open space for inner clarity and renewal. This is the perfect time before the Full Moon to set intentions let go of what i no longer serving you and embrace a sense of peace.
✨ What to Expect:
A guided meditation to set intentions
A soothing vibrational sound bath using various sound healing instruments
Time for quiet reflection and integration
💫 What to Bring:
A yoga mat and blanket for comfort (yoga mats are available but you may wish to bring another one for extra comfort)
A pillow or eye mask if desired
An open heart
Space is limited—reserve your spot in advance! 🌙
It's important to answer all the questions before booking and ensure this is suitable for you. If booking for someone else please ensure they are happy with all information provided.
