Summer Shortage🩸Blood Drive

Summer months often result in blood shortages nationwide due to decreased donations and increased demand. Vacations and summer activities result in fewer donors just as trauma cases rise around summer holidays. Additionally, school closures during the summer mean fewer blood drives.

Blood donations are critical for severe trauma and burn patients. With the highest level of care available for these type of patients, Medical City Plano invites our community to join us in donating blood to help save lives.
