Before the fireworks take over the sky, help light up Plainfield with creativity! Join artist Andrea Myers for a hands-on, interactive art experience where your contributions will become part of a permanent public artwork displayed on the downtown parking structure in Plainfield.

Here’s how we plan to use your creative energy:
🎨 Painting Table 1 – Paint large, colorful brushstroke gestures on paper. These will help form bold shapes in the final artwork.
🎨 Painting Table 2 – Paint abstract patterns on white fabric that will be directly incorporated into the piece.
🧵 Demo/Sewing Table – Assist in cutting and prepping fabric while Andrea demonstrates her artistic process using her sewing machine and sample materials.

This special community project is made possible through the collaboration of the Hues of Hendricks County, Town of Plainfield, and GANGGANG.

🌟 All materials are provided—just bring your creativity and community spirit!
🎇 Stick around afterward for the spectacular Fourth of July fireworks show at Hummel Park.
