Snatch Clinic at Steadfast Barbell – June 14th!
12–2 PM

Ready to level up your Olympic weightlifting? Join us for a two-part Snatch Clinic designed for lifters of all levels who are serious about refining their technique and staying healthy in training.

Led by Coach Jonathan (CF-L3, USAW-L2, 2020 USAW Coach of the Year) and Coach Carlin (DPT, CF-L1), this clinic will include:

Expert instruction on:
• The Overhead Squat
• Proper Setup Position
• Full Movement Breakdown
• Snatch Variations to Drive Progress

PLUS: On-the-spot movement assessment and correction provided by Ignite Physical Therapy to help you move better and reduce injury risk as you train.
