Ride & Shine: Beginner Spin Class series w/ Christine

Ready to try something new, fun, and energizing? Our Ride & Shine beginner spin class series is the perfect place to start your indoor cycling journey—no experience necessary!

This 5-week series is designed to help you build confidence, stamina, and strength at your own pace in a welcoming, no-pressure environment. You’ll learn proper bike setup, posture, and riding techniques while enjoying upbeat music and encouragement every step (or pedal) of the way.

Whether you're new to spin or returning after a break, this series will support you in feeling strong, empowered, and excited to move. Come as you are—we’ll guide you from your first ride to your new favorite workout!
