ARMS All Recovery Meeting

Hello, and welcome back to YPR!
As our funding was extended, this now means our meetings have too!
Join Chapter Lead Sonia or other guest speakers for an incredibly inclusive, accepting, warm group every Wednesday, 6:00 at the Cedar House--- A traditional All Recovery Meeting. We discuss topics like harm reduction, social connections/interpersonal relationships, and mindset subjects such as mantra, thought redirection, and reframing language.

As usual, everyone from any pathway of recovery is welcome. Our only restrictions being kind and compassionate treatment to your peers.

Inside the Visibility Clinic under the blue awning, 4th floor Yoga Room. If you're having trouble getting in call or text 412-908-0608.

Optional:
Bring a journal, preferred pen, or even something to doodle with. All sensory toys welcome. Blankets and Yoga matts are recommended!
