As a devoted husband and father of two, he infuses his passion for family and community into every dish. Competing with grit and creativity, Luke’s bold barbecue style is rooted in tradition yet distinctly his own.
Jalen Brewster, Zensoul Cuisine
Chef Jalen Brewster doesn’t just cook. He ignites memories. Born in Northern California and trained at the Arizona Culinary Institute, Chef J is the fire behind Zensoul Cuisine, a bold fusion of Soul Food roots, Asian depth, and BBQ grit. His private chef brand delivers elevated dining for vacations, events, and intimate gatherings, turning every meal into a moment. From black garlic miso glazed brisket to flame-seared oxtails, Chef J isn't following tradition. He's flipping it with flavor and serving global soul on a plate.
Chris Figueroa, Golden Oak Barbecue & Taproom
Chris Figueroa is a hospitality professional with over a decade of experience in restaurant management and concept development. From working as a district manager overseeing high-volume restaurants to launching his own pop-up, Nicky’s Barbecue in Downtown Mesa, Chris has always been driven by creating experiences. He is now the co-owner of Golden Oak Barbecue & Taproom, a bold new concept blending traditional barbecue with Latin influence, opening in Downtown Phoenix in the Summer of 2025.

Andi Rosenstein - The Duce
Andi Rosenstein lives by the motto "Get Comfortable," which also defined her successful Fitigues Clothing brand. After selling her company in 2006, she opened The Duce in Phoenix's warehouse district. Here, she transformed a 1965 Airstream into a kitchen, serving comfort foods reminiscent of her Grandma Rose's Sunday dinners. Signature dishes include Chicken Pot Pie in mason jars, famous Mac & Cheese muffins, and Shepard's Pie in vintage glasses. In 2025, she'll expand with Sweet Lou’s Bakery, honoring her lab, Lou, with unique treats like S’mores cheesecake. Andi's culinary storytelling is all about making people feel at home.
