Saturday Group Run – Start Time Change!

Due to the heat, we’re adjusting the start time for this week’s group run. Danielle and Josh will be out of town, but you’ll still have plenty of Runner’s Den friends there to support and run with you!

As a reminder, we’ll continue meeting on Saturday mornings for group runs. Now that our winter training cycle has concluded, I’ll be pausing weekly emails—but if you’re training for an upcoming race and need support, don’t hesitate to reach out!
