Breathe deep, ground down, and move your body in community under the open sky. Join us every Wednesday evening this month for a rotating series of Backyard Yoga classes led by certified instructors from the Lacuna and Phoenix wellness communities. Each class includes a 2oz serving of traditional Vanuatu kava tea to help you drop in and center before practice.

📅 May 21 | 6:30–7:30PM – Slow Flow with Bird | $11
📅 May 28 | 6:30–7:30PM – Somatic Flow with Em | $13.33

🕖 Arrival: We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to find parking and settle into your space.
🎒 Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and water

🌮 Stick around after class to explore local eats from nearby restaurants and grab a refreshing botanical drink to-go from our zero-proof bar!
