No matter where you hike, there are numerous common hiking illnesses that can ruin what started as the best hike ever! Heat, cold, elevation and lack of hygiene can present illnesses at a moment's notice and knowing how to prevent and treat these illnesses is key to getting back to the trailhead in one piece. It's not all doom and gloom, but it kind of is:)
We promise this will not be as boring as the title and description would lead you to believe.
This class will be taught by an experienced hiker with 12+ years experience guiding and 12 years as a Wilderness First Responder.
