SUP YOGA

SUP Yoga or Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga is amazing for your body, mind and Spirit!
Come and join us out on beautiful and warm Pewaukee Lake for some super movement and tons of fun and tranquility. <3
$30 per person includes everything. Your board, paddle, life vest, SUP instruction and Yoga class!
You can also buy a Yoga pack, so each class is discounted.
Please sign in here to reserve your board and arrive about 15 minutes early so we can get you out on the lake.
We will meet on the dock, so we can get you on the board and paddling. Then class. Then paddle back. Time back to shore depends on how fast or leisurely you paddle. Yoga class on Wednesday and Friday nights is 6:00pm-7:15pm and on Sunday mornings from 10:00am-11:15am
No experience necessary, I will teach you, no problem. :) :)
