Yoga Class

You're invited to weekly Yoga classes with Tyra! Whether you're discovering your vacation motivation, or switching up your workout routine, enjoy professionally-led Saturday morning classes offered on a weekly basis through the season.

YOGA:
Saturdays
9am • 50 minutes

Enjoy a sequence of yoga postures and poses to align, strengthen and promote flexibility. Simple flowing sequences to warm the body along with slower-paced stretches, in harmony with breath work, make calming the nervous system the focus of this class.

Public and resort guests of all skill levels are welcome, and all equipment is provided. Youth ages 15+ are welcome with an adult.

Drop-in space may be available, but is not guaranteed. Online registration is available until the Friday night before class at 10pm.
