Pilates in the Park: Donation-Based

Start your weekend with a refreshing Pilates mat class on the shore of Little Traverse Bay! Led by Amber, this session will focus on core strength, mobility, and full-body movement—all while soaking in the beautiful park atmosphere. Whether you're new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this class welcomes all!

🌊 All levels welcome—come as you are!�
🌊 What to Bring: A mat or towel, and water�(optional weighted bangles)
🌊 Please register in advance so we can get a headcount.
