Moving with Our Nature

Join in this time to practice mindful presence and movement amidst the beauty of nature both within and around us during the aliveness of the summer season. Allow your nature to guide you as you open to being in relationship with more of life.

No experience with meditation or movement is needed simply an open mind and curiosity.

Each week will be a little different and there will be a time to meditate and a time to move often with a curated playlist.


Mondays evenings 7:15-8:30pm

June 23rd – July 14th and potentially further into the summer

Location: Meet at the Bear River Pavilion (close to Lake Street) and we will move on the grass by the river. If it’s raining we will likely have a meditation practice under the pavilion instead. Bring a mat or a blanket.

Donations appreciated, $10-$20 suggested


Guidelines: Honor your own needs and the needs of others as well as the beings of the land. Welcome your curiosity to open to what else is possible.
