About the event

Hearth Cooking: Harvest Time During Peak into Peterborough
It is harvest time and we will be cooking up some of autumn’s bounty in the Phoenix Mill House. At this open-house program, enjoy samples of dishes cooked over the open hearth and learn about life in the 1830s. Try your hand at pressing apple cider and test your tool knowledge with unusual tools from the collection.
